Born and raised in the panhandle, there is no better place than home for me. I grew up in Gering, and graduated from GHS. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska – Omaha, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Biology. I received my graduate training from Logan College of Chiropractic, Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Life Science, a Doctor of Chiropractic, and several other certifications. I am a member of the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, the American Chiropractic Association, and joined the CARE Chiropractic and Acupuncture team in the spring of 2016.
I was led to chiropractic care initially due to a sports injury, which was quickly and easily treated with chiropractic. Since then, chiropractic has been my primary treatment for all my health concerns. From horse riding accidents, to headaches, to everyday stresses on my body, chiropractic and acupuncture treatments have been the key to keeping me healthy and active.
I aim to provide a whole body health and wellness approach to each patient seeking care. Through the use of chiropractic, acupuncture, proper diet and exercise, quality supplementation, essential oils, and other natural treatment options, I strive to help the body run at its optimal performance levels. I specialize in pediatric and maternity care, with training through the ICPA, but run a family practice and treat patients of all ages.
